Good for Window Coverings Someone else on Amazon had the idea first, so I can’t take the credit for it. I don’t buy these to use as blankets. I hang them indoors in the windows as radiant barriers to keep the heat from the sun from coming into the house. (It isn’t even June yet, and we are already getting temps in the 90s F here.) They are not the prettiest window treatment in the world, but they work. You have to be careful not to poke holes in them using them over mini-blinds, but small holes and tears are easily…

Ok for storage in a car or bug out bag These are pretty good emergency blankets to keep in a bug out bag or car. They are folded nice and compact but be warned once you open one you will never be able to fold it up as tight as when you originally got it.

MARK WINKELMAYER says:

compact package These came quickly and as advertised. The package is much smaller than I expected for a 52″ x 84″ blanket. The price is a steal — I got 4 blankets for only $1 more than the price of 1. This is the best piece of plastic I have in my bug out bag.
